RETURN POLICY

  • Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business days of your receipt of the purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Store.
  • Customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached. Due to Hygiene reasons  we cannot accept Accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear.  If you return these Items, it will NOT be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you. 
  • Items that are on SALE are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
  • Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shopatjessicas@outlook.com and forward photos of any damage. 
  • Shop at Jessicas is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.  Shop at Jessicas, 8014 Midlothian Turnpike Suite, 203A, Richmond VA 23235.
